Terms of Use

The short agreement behind this one-button game

Tapping into TideTiming means agreeing to the points below. They're scoped to match what this is: a free, single-button reflex game with no purchases and nothing wagered.

What you're agreeing to

TideTiming is free to play, with no currency, no subscription, and no system that converts real money into any in-game advantage. Using the game means accepting these terms in their current form.

What the game involves

A marker sweeps across a bar; you tap a button when it crosses a target zone. That's the entire mechanic — no combat, no randomized outcomes tied to value, nothing resembling a wager of any kind.

TideTiming contains no loot mechanics, no paid randomized purchases, and no system where anything of real or virtual value is staked on an outcome. Every attempt is free and instantly repeatable.

Acceptable use

Play as much as you like, for your own enjoyment. Please don't try to automate tapping through external scripts in ways that disrupt the service, scrape the underlying code for commercial resale, or otherwise interfere with how the page normally runs.

Ownership

The visual design, the timing mechanic's implementation, and the overall presentation belong to the people who built TideTiming. Playing grants you a personal licence to enjoy it for entertainment — nothing more is transferred.

No guarantees

We've tested TideTiming across common browsers and input methods, but flawless behavior on every device can't be promised, especially given how sensitive timing-based games are to hardware differences. If something feels off, a refresh usually resolves it.

Limits on liability

To the extent the law permits, we aren't liable for indirect issues arising from your use of this free experience. Since nothing financial changes hands, our practical exposure is intentionally minimal.

Changes

We may adjust the timing mechanics, visuals, or these terms as the game develops further. Continuing to play after a change means you're comfortable with the current version.
